Boys Can Wear Pink - Season 4 - CKC Goes Hipster

Welcome to Day 4 of the Boys Can Wear Pink Blog Tour!  Here at CKC we are going Hipster with pink today!  We have two fabulous hipster looks on one adorable model (he's been busy!), and we hope they both inspire you!

Today's outfits and photos are from Jamie Barkman at Wild Phoenix Threads. She pulls out all the best elements from patterns and turns them ultra trendy, even on her tiny little guy.

In this first styling, little Phoenix is wearing Ryker's Skinny Pants, the tie from Oliver's, and a super cool flat bill cap. His dress shirt was storebought but could easily be made from our Eric's Dress shirt pattern as well.  I love how Jamie used a pink gingham for the tie and pants -- he totally pulls it off!

Those comfy shoes are super adorable too.

For the second hipster look, Jamie took a more comfy approach.  What's not to love here?!  She added a hood to Michael's Muscle Tee for the top and then shortened Isaac's Joggers into the adorable capri length.  Perfection!

Jamie says she loves using CKC Boys patterns because she knows they're the perfect base and she will never have to struggle with design or sizing issues. The different elements go together perfectly from one pattern to the next, allowing her to play around and make an awesome one-of-a-kind outfit.

I love that!  She's definitely found her creative niche!

If those irresistible knits on the outfit caught your eye, Jamie is willing to share that little secret with you too! The tie dye print and shirt panel are both custom fabrics from Rockerbye Destash; you can go grab some for your little guy.

I love that little Phoenix can look amazing and feel amazing at the same time.  He can run, play, and do whatever he pleases in these pink and poppin' outfits!

We hope you enjoyed these hipster looks on the blog tour!  Tomorrow we will be back again with our "Dressy" pink styling so set a reminder for yourself - you won't want to miss it! Also be sure to stop by the other designers' posts in our Boys Can Wear Pink (Season 4) blog tour:
